Situated at Midi station, it’s pretty convenient.
However the area around the hotel seems abit more rowdy.
We booked for 5 nights, on the first night we realise our sink was choked. Shower water wasn’t heated enough, informed the staff the next day and they changed our room after checking. They were nice enough to give a room upgrade. On the second night of our new room the air conditioning wasn’t working so we had to sleep in the heat, there’s no windows so it’s hot and stuffy.
We informed the staff the next morning, they said they’ll turn some fuse off for the heating and it’ll be cooler. It didn’t work, informed the staff again at night and they said they will turn off all the fuse. They informed us that the fix wasn’t going to be done by the night and that no other rooms are available. So I guess they’re expecting us to sleep in a 27.4 degrees enclosed room without ventilation.
We decided to forfeit the 3 nights and rebook a different hotel.
There’s definitely better hotels out there to consider for your trip 🙂

I stayed here solo!
It was convenient as it was a hotel directly connected to the station!
However, the area around the station was not very safe, so although the hotel was fine, if you are concerned about safety, I recommend finding a hotel near Brussels Central Station where you don't walk around at night or are closer to tourist attractions.
There was also a free gym, so I had a very comfortable stay.

It's located in the center of Brussels, so the subway is close by and it's easy to access. It's a city with a lot of car theft, so it's good to park and walk to nearby tourist attractions! However, I was a little surprised when the staff came in the morning without any warning^^
